Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, and about 2 days in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. For some orders we can also arrange hand delivery.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order within India, and every parcel is fully insured. Your piece travels with specialist jewellery couriers such as Sequel Logistics and BVC Logistics.

No. Our prices include 3% GST and shipping within India is free. If you choose cash on delivery, you simply pay the order amount to the courier.

Yes. All our gemstones are natural, responsibly sourced and certified. Formed by nature, they carry small inclusions that are part of their character and make every stone unique.

Yes. Every piece comes with our certificate setting out its design details, and every piece is stamped. For diamonds, an IGI certificate can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

We photograph every piece with care, but light, screens and the nature of handcrafted work mean colours and details can vary a little. Natural gemstones are never identical, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Our prices follow the market rates of gold and other precious materials, so a price can change when those rates move.

Place a ring that fits you well on a ruler and measure its inner diameter in millimetres, as shown in Method 1 of our Size Chart. This gives us the most accurate size.

Contact us and we will find a solution. Rings are made to your size, so a new size means crafting the ring again, and an additional charge may apply.

Yes. Send us photographs on WhatsApp or by email, or bring the piece to any of our stores, and we will suggest the best way to restore it. Repair charges may apply.

You can return a piece bought online within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with its tags and invoice.

Returns are free: bring the piece to any of our stores, or contact us and we will arrange a free pickup. Approved refunds are made within 10 business days. Read the full Return and Refund Policy.

Yes. Within 1 year of purchase you can exchange a piece at 95% of its invoice value, and within 3 years we buy it back at a markdown of 5 to 10% on its value. After that, we assess the piece at the current gold value. Bring it with its invoice to any of our stores.
