Return Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy, giving you seven days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@vasundhraraj.com or call us at 7729888888. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup for the item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If your return is requested within the 7-day return window, you will be eligible for a full refund, ensuring a risk-free shopping experience.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
