A few questions.
How often does the rate change?
It is set once a day, usually around noon, and can move with the bullion market.
What does a BIS hallmark tell me?
That the gold was tested for purity at a centre licensed by the Bureau of Indian Standards. The mark carries the BIS logo, the purity, such as 22K916, and a six character HUID that belongs to that piece alone.
Can I exchange or sell back my jewellery?
Yes. Our pieces carry lifelong buyback and exchange. The terms are set out in our FAQs.
